The International Academy of Design and Technology - Chicago is a postsecondary degree granting institution with career-based curricula and professional staff members who can contribute to students' development in their chosen fields.

The Academy offers a Bachelor of Arts degree in Merchandising Management; a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Fashion Design, Visual Communications, and Interior Design; a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Information Technology; and an Associate of Applied Science degree in Fashion Design, Visual Communications, Merchandising Management, and Information Technology.

The International Academy of Design and Technology is accredited by the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools to award bachelor and associate degrees, as well as certificates.
